Safely Integrating CBD into Health Care Regimens
Trust But Verify
As many companies race to the CBD market, misinformation and low quality products can negatively impact a person's chance at achieving their best wellness and in some cases pose a potential health risk. At SayGood, we have done the research for you. We have referenced medical journals, pharmacology textbooks, websites such as the National Institute of Health, the Mayo Clinic and many more to provide verifyable information about CBD. While testimonials are very important, we believe in the proverbial words of wisdom "Trust, but verify".

What is CBD?
Cannabidiol (CBD) is but one of many non-psychoactive non-addictive components called cannabinoids which are found in all Cannabis plants . TetraHydroCannabinol (THC) "The High Component" is the cannabinoid which causes the euphoria associated with marijuana. Industrial Hemp (Cannabis Ruderalis) typically contains 0.3% THC naturally and is the main source of over-the-counter CBD-containing supplements.
If you see the words "Full Spectrum" or"Broad Spectrum" it means the product contains CBD plus other cannabinoids. The term "hemp" is also used to describe supplements containing CBD plus other cannabinoids, but hemp is an ancient worldwide product with a multitude of uses. The highest concentration of usable CBD is from the flower of the plant, so wearing a hemp tshirt will not help your shoulder pain. While hempseed oil is rich in omega 3 and other helpful fatty acids, it is not a source of CBD.
Say Good brand products are Organic Premium Broad Spectrum CBD supplements and are certified Zero-THC
